Finding a Eurostar Seating plan on the internet might be a difficult task, but look no further! Below is a seating plan for both standard and first class accommodations on the Chunnel Train between London and Paris/Brussels:

As you can see, there are almost half as many seats in First class as there are in standard. You can also see that the seats in First class on the Chunnel are considerably bigger (and they recline, too!). If it is within your means, you may want to consider going First class on the train.
