When the Eurostar began running through the Nord station in 1994, Quays 3 to 6 were assigned as the Terminus of the Channel Tunnel train.
Gare du Nord is also the station at which you would catch the Thalys train to and from Brussels. For more info on those trains, visit our sister site at www.travelpro.net!
Thanks in part to the Chunnel train between London and Paris, Gare du Nord is the busiest train station in Paris.
Don't forget, it costs 50 cents (European) to use the bathrooms at the station. Be prepared!
