Eurostar have staff on hand at all of the terminals in each station, in case you need any assistance getting to (or from) your trains. Just try to arrive early and let one of the staff know of your request.
 Toilets And Baby Changing Facilities
In all of the Eurostar terminals, as well as at the end of every carriage onboard your train, you will find a bathroom. If you have an infant in need of a changing, you will find changing facilities in carriage 1 or 18.
 Unaccompanied Minors
We don’t let children under the age of 12 onto our trains by themselves. However, for travelers between the ages of 12 and 26 years old there are youth fares available. Please inquire upon booking.
 Special Meals
When booking First Class Eurostar tickets, you have the option to volunteer to us your specific dietary requirements. You will be able to choose from the following meal options: Vegetarian, kosher, halal, vegan, diabetic, low fat, low salt and gluten free. For vegetarian meals, we require 12 hours notice in advance of travel. For kosher, Muslim or vegan meals, we require 36 hours advance notice.
 Pets
We’re delighted to be able to tell you that guide dogs are accepted on board. Unfortunately, these are the only animals that can travel on Eurostar: elephants, cobras and foxes are all still a definite no, no.
